Refund & Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation

Customers may request order cancellation before the order has been processed, prepared, or dispatched.

Cancellation requests received after preparation or dispatch may not be eligible for cancellation or refund.

Bake N Bloom reserves the right to approve or reject cancellation requests based on the status of the order.

No Cash on Delivery (COD)

Bake N Bloom does not offer Cash on Delivery (COD) services.

All orders must be prepaid through the payment methods available on our website before processing and dispatch.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be considered only in the following situations:

Damaged product received
Incorrect product delivered
Defective product received
Order cancelled by Bake N Bloom
Delivery unavailable for the selected location

All refund requests must be reported within 4 hours of delivery with supporting photographs and order details.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer
Recipient unavailable at the delivery location
Refusal to accept delivery
Minor variations in design, decoration, flowers, packaging, or color due to seasonal availability
Delay caused by circumstances beyond our control
Dissatisfaction based on personal preference after successful delivery

Refund Process

Once a refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used for placing the order.

Refund processing may take approximately 5–10 business days depending on the customer's bank or payment provider.

Replacement Policy

Where appropriate, Bake N Bloom may offer a replacement instead of a refund.

Replacement requests are subject to verification and product availability.

Fraud Prevention

Bake N Bloom reserves the right to investigate refund claims and may request additional information before approving any refund, replacement, or store credit.
